Perfect pace, I did a crow pose for the 1st time. So happy!
What a fantastic class. So much fun and I actually managed side crow on both sides for the first time ever. As always, Rachel’s instruction is so clear. The tip about elbow in the middle of the thigh did it for me. My legs are too short to get both elbows in!
Kicked my (lazy) butt! Rachel doing her witching with "though it sounds impossible, if you bend your knee a bit more your head may touch the ground." And I think "yea right," but bend the knee some more, and head touches the ground! Awesome class.
What fun class! love the twists and LOVE the crows!
