After doing yardwork all morning, I needed something to loosen up my shoulders. I'm also a knitter, so I get repetitive motion issues in my arms. This was a great quick release. The only weird part was the last poses, going into a knee and low back stretch, just got cut off. I think it should end before going into table top.
