This is my second class I’ve tried with Tianne, and I enjoy the slow flow she practices, and her soothing and encouraging voice! This was a good class for me after doing a more difficult one the previous day that involved fish and plough pose.
Really nice calming practice with just the right amount of challenge for me
This was a lovely class! My spine felt wonderful. Plus, it helped with my headache. And I can't believe a deer walked by! That was so neat! Thanks for this beautiful flow :)
