Plough Pose
Hala means a plough, resembling the shape of the posture. This is a deep stretch for the lower back and hamstrings. The Plough Pose is also good for your digestion and it strengthens the kidneys, the liver and the gall bladder. It also reduces backache and can help you get to sleep easier.

is there any way for this pose to be modified for yogis with spinal fusion? i'm unable to curve my spine, so i hold my legs up against the wall as alternative, but find myself wanting to go deeper. maybe i can try with blocks for support next time : )
This is impressive! Super technique. Looks very controlled and safe. Thanks.
