I wasn't sure what to expect from this video, but I was surprised at how well it worked all the target muscles! I'm currently working through "Yoga for Absolute Beginners" and this video made me realize that I'm now becoming more aware of the 5 Principles of Pilates.

Woke up far tooooo early today! - Having time on my hands I thought I might just do a 20-30min yoga session. Something simple and easy to follow with a "half asleep brain" but also challenging for my "energized all awake body"

This work out was much harder than it looked, I had to pause a few times to drink from my water bottle! Trying to keep up with Kim is difficult and fun, I can't wait to learn more from her!
