Pose Description:
Eka means one, or single; Pada is the foot or leg; Raja-kapota means King Pigeon. In the Pigeon Pose, the chest is lifted forward like that of a pigeon. It is a fantastic stretch for the hip, and a great pose for yin yoga, since it's comfortable enough to remain in for a few minutes.
