This is the vinyasa flow class that Fiji does as a home practice when she wants to clear her mind and feel more calm and grounded. Its a more gentle power yoga class (for Fiji) and she allows for more silence, a little less guidance and more time to sink into the poses.

Fiji, thank you for sharing your meditative practice. This instilled a lovely sense of calm as well as an opening in my body. You could have included even more silence, perhaps allowing us to do some of the flows with a little more freedom to move at our own pace. But really I have no complaints. Thank you for helping me feel more centered as kids are whining in my background. :)

Hi Fiji,

I've been practicing your classes for a few years now, and your wonderful instruction has led me to fall in love with yoga. Your approach is (for me) the perfect combination of movement and thoughtfulness. I've recently become a subscriber, and thus have been taking advantage of the subscription-only classes; I've tried many of your classes and I think this one is my new favourite--the Chakra flow is now my second fav' :)
