Pose Description: 
The Psoas is a deep hip flexor that reaches from your thigh bone to your lower back. Athletes, especially runners, often have a tight Psoas muscle, and it can cause problems if not stretched on a regular basis. Awakening the dormant psoas muscle causes us to then use it unconsciously in new tasks.
