Rachel has some fun with this class as she takes her humor and knowledge of yoga and applies it to everything you might be feeling if after a late night full of fun and beverages. Even if you're feeling nauseous and have a splitting head ache, you can still benefit from this lovely, gentle hatha yoga class. Have a full bottle of water ready, roll out your mat and let Rachel take over!

I actually have a hangover after a night full of fun and beverages. I summoned every ounce of determination in my 63 year old
body and rolled out my mat and did the class. I'm sure glad I did! I'm ready to face the day. Thanks so much Rachel, your smile and point to the water bottle at the end of the video always cracks me up.

Hi Rachel ~ No hangover but I’m feeling super sore and stiff after pushing my body with extensive landscaping. I appreciate the focus on the really juicy stretches and asanas you offer here without any updog/chaturanga poses. All the nourishment needed and the humor you’re known for in this class :) thanks!

I wasn't hungover, but have been feeling tired and unmotivated lately. So I thought this would be a good class to ease myself into the day and practicing. It was perfect. Thanks again Rachel Scott.

Hi Nancy, you are so welcome. :) For another pick me up you may try, "Yoga for Divas," - it's the kind of class I like to do to break out of the humdrums. XOXO

Had a vaccine yesterday and spent the night feverish and with painful joints. Today I felt better but still with light pain and wanted a gentle practice, so this was perfect. It brought me back to the living and made me forget for a while my discomfort. Thank you, Rachel!
