Nice way to bird of paradise. I felt safe because of all the build up before the peak pose. :) Maybe put Bird of Paradise in the title? For all those who are looking forward to this pose?

I’d describe this as a Vinyasa class with an emphasis on binds, building to the bird of paradise pose. I’ve got inflexible shoulders and am pretty weak when it comes to binds, but I found the class welcoming nonetheless, although I needed a strap to get through it. I’d recommend this for people who have basic proficiency in sun salutations and are looking to develop shoulder and upper body flexibility.
