Love this class, and this whole series.

For anyone interested, I've made a collection of classes especially for menstruation. It's ordered from slightly more active classes for the few days leading up to the period, through some restorative classes to some deeper yin classes at the end to stretch out those tight bits.

I'll be adding to the collection occasionally, if anyone has any recommendations, let me know! Click on my username to access.

Great class. Had been expecting for something like that for a long time. I have very low energy during menstruation and it's nice being able to practice. I'ts not only about picking a class with a low pace, the asanas have to focus on giving space to the pelvis, as is the case. Enjoyed it very much and will come back to it every month. Thank you!
