This class can be done as a stand-alone class or as day 12 in Fiji's 14-day yoga challenge, Elevate. This class is all about finding space in your hips. Starting off with a vinyasa flow to warm you up, Fiji transitions into some nice deep hip openers. Note: a block is optional for this class.

Great class! I love a hip opener and I'll be coming back to this. I actually decided to swap over Day 9 with Day 12 because I really needed some hip opening after my run this morning. Hopefully that's not cheating!

Suggestion: Can the videos of the challenge have a title like: Finding Space in Your Hips...
For easier orientation when we want to re-visit.

Kelly from DoYogaWithMe here. Thanks for your suggestion! I think we will leave the titles as they are for this challenge (there are a lot of things that would need to change on the back end to redo them), but consider your suggestion taken under advisement for the next time we're doing one of these!
