He was very informative, talked through each stretch so I did not need to take my focus off of my stretch to see what he was doing. I have major lower back issues and stretches like this really help me get my day going with little to no pain. I am actually sitting on the floor after class with my back straight and no pain. This workout did feel great after a run! Wonderful way to wind down your tightening leg muscles. Also worked well for someone like me who has limited upper back mobility due to a surgery. This instructor is really easy to follow and encouraging.
Totally hit the spot to increase your flexibility after a run. I have tight low back and mildly tight hips so this was perfect!! Nice cool down after my run
