For the first class in this 5-class series, David helps you loosen your body and connect to sensation using pranayama, meditation and asana. He helps you give attention to your whole body while encouraging you to practice mindfully.

Many thanks for recording this session! The livestream didn’t work for me so it was nice to be able to still do the class later (and during the livestream I did another DYWM class and still was able to experience some connection, knowing others in the DYWM community were practicing at the same time).
