This was just what I needed today! David's voice is very relaxing & easy to follow. The timing for how long the positions were held were perfect and not too challenging. My body feels wonderful! I will definitely be doing this video again!
David, I LOVE your classes and am quickly working up to Advanced Beginner level. I find that most of the beginner level classes are not challenging enough, but I am not quite at the Intermediate level. It would be great to have more variation on this theme of challenging ourselves as beginners so we can continue our progress up to new levels. Perhaps having multiple levels of Beginner classes (say, 1-3) and multiple levels of Intermediate classes (1-3) could help us judge where we are and which classes to check out to help us take that next step up. Thank you for your site, this is a 1 gem!!!
I loved how easy to follow the voice instructions were! Always knew exactly what I was supposed to be doing without having to bend awkwardly to see the TV! Loved the sequence of poses! Thank you!
Thanks David that was awesome. I haven't done yoga in sooooooooooo long, this was a perfect class to start up again. Great voice over and overall pace and progressions. This would be suitable for a beginner or begin-again student. ~ Cadenza (aka candice from koh phangan!)
