Very enjoyable.
Great class!
Really liked the challenge and while I had moment wishing I could do the full back bends, I was allowing myself to be OK with my variation.
This class was so intense on the knees that I mostly felt like I was watching a video. I enjoy Tracy’s style but I wish there had been som variations for people with knee troubles. I did quite enjoy the non-knee work though!
