David shows you how to gently and thoroughly stretch the muscles of the hands, fingers, forearms, ankles, feet and toes, helping you avoid or relieve arthritis and joint inflammation. It's helpful to have a couple of blankets, a yoga block (or two) and a strap (or something similar) nearby.

I do this as often as possible, Iam a sculptor and need to keep flexible. :)
