Life has become hectic and if I am not doing yoga regularly my body gets so rusty. Getting back in the groove and came immediately to Melissa's wonderful bend and stretch, which I found on YouTube a few years ago. I know some folks enjoy the piano background music but it reminds me of a funeral. I liked the old track...more yoga-ish, lol (and still on YT, thankfully!!). But it's still a wonderful routine. Thanks, Melissa! I appreciate the reassurances about doing what feels comfortable to your own body.
