Excellent balance of mind and body. Wonderfully meditative throughout.
I was looking for something different in my practice today, and I think I found something I have been looking for: a meditative practice that is not also a beginner class. This is a practice that has an excellent balance of mind and body. You need enough experience to know the poses and to understand that the slightly faster type of breath serves to build heat needed for the rest of the practice.

Wonderful class thank you. Is it true that if one has high blood pressure one shouldn’t do headstand. I can do this but today have migraine aura just after so maybe not. Would be grateful for some advice. Thank you.
