In this super-slow flow practice, Guy focuses on bringing your attention to your inner sensations and experiences – a process known as “interoception”. You will flow through a beginner sequence of standing and reclining poses, following your own inner intelligence as your main guide in each pose. Note: It is recommended that you use a block and a blanket for kneeling poses, but these props are optional.

Feeling sluggish, this seemed like the class to do! Perfect!
Calm, gentle and reflective while still delivering a practice that helps stretch and relax my body.
I loved this class as it matched my quiet evening mood. I still felt that we got a lot done. Thank you Guy! Looking forward to seeing some new classes from you this year.
After doing the standing room only class, I couldn't wait to do the next one and so I followed on with this class for inner awareness and Wow!! Amazing feeling of lightness and energy with a calming effect. Thank you so much Guy, I'm loving your Slow Flow Challenge :-)
