Fantastic stretch and by far my favourite post-run stretch on Doyogawithme! Very effective in hitting all of the right muscles, but also short enough that I don't have any excuse to skip it and am now stretching consistently post-run (probably for the first time ever).
Just all-around excellent and perfectly paced, would love Josh to do similar routines for swimmers or cyclists!
