Thank you Julia! I have never done a practice quite like this and I so appreciate your sharing it.
This is a kundalini moving meditation with the emphasis on the movement--not a restorative for sure class. Proof: I got 9 zone minutes (4 cardio minutes). If that is clear, then this is a good class. Though, I would have preferred some quiet time (just my preference!). I feel very energized but not as calm as I was looking for.
