I didn't feel it was well-established what the "correct" jump through/jump back was that we would be long term aiming. i would have preferred the advanced technique at least demonstrated, then taking it back to show how mini jumps could be used to start to work on the proper strength. also it wasn't discussed what we should be trying to do in day-to-day practice to transition from the mini-jumps to the eventual long-term goal

I love this class! I've never had a class that breaks it down like this and I'm looking forward to the challenge of practicing this again.
