This class is really for athletes of all kinds, but is particularly effective for cyclists. It's a full-length class that is best done at least a couple times a week if you want to see results. David targets the key muscles that are in high demand when riding your bike and also spends time releasing those that become tight because of the posture you need to maintain for so many hours on your bike. Note: You will need access to a wall.

David, when your feet are on the wall, it gives a marvellous quad stretch but could you tell me: is the entire bottom of the foot to be pressed against the wall? For me it’s just the ball of my foot on the wall.
A great leg stretch class David. Which as a runner and hiker, is great for me.
I tend to hold my anxiety in my hips and legs, so this practice is my go to for flushing out my lower body. Some nice heart and side opening as well to help me stand tall. A lovely tonic for these times.
I'm not a cyclist anymore (sadly), but I still love this practice. I think it provides the best stretches/releases for the quadriceps of any video on this site. Best stretches for other parts of the leg and back as well. I also love to do this one before a flight, so I don't get cramped legs and back on the plane.
David , I love your clear, concise instruction. There's never any confusion with what goes where and you have such a calmness in your voice and delivery. This was another wonderful session, you never disappoint. Thank you.
