oh boy that is juicy goodness! Started today feeling stiff and by the end of the day I was working on a headache from my neck stiffness. Decided to do this practice and by at least 15 minutes in my headache was gone and my body started to feel amazing! Also loved the fun eagle variation that I hadn't seen or done before!
