Flow to Slow with Fiji McAlpine and Satiya Channer
This holistic practice is the best of both worlds, yang and yin. Fiji starts the class off with a warming intentional flow, then Satiya slows things down with some longer sweet holds. No props needed for this special class!

As someone in recovery for an eating disorder, both Fiji and Satiya's classes have helped me to find movement again in a way that connects me to my body rather than punishes it. This class combining the two is incredible! 50 mins never went by so quickly yet so intentionally. Thank you for the light and joy that radiates through this practice.

The flow with Fiji is slow and you have enough time to concentrate on each position. And then the stretch, I it’s amazing you really get into the spots around the lower back, around the neck and shoulders, around the inner thighs. It is just such a relief and your body feels tender.
