This is an amazing class—I am so grateful for its existence! It combines many stretches from two of my mainstays (Deep Release for the Hips Back. and Legs and Deep Release for the Neck and Shoulders), plus some standing poses that I should work on more often, all in one class. If you are a true beginner…whoa! Go easy and stick with it.
Thank you for this lesson. I joined with a fresh pain to my right hip. I don't even know if I was following the instructions correctly. Although, when finishing I had no pain at all!
