  • gentle but good; very similar to "bend and stretch" but longer and more focus on activating core in a very easy/non tiring way; a few core specific exercises (deadbugs, very quick side plank, opposite arm and leg reach

  • Good for shoulders and neck. Very very relaxing and stress relieving.

  • Dynamic stretches, nothing too deep, good for when feeling slow in the morning

  • wow, this one is hard! great for hip flexors, it band, hips in general. had a hard time keeping up during concussion

  • no super deep stretches but it is a 'steady and strong' class, 30 min

  • gentle enough for the morning and gets some deep hips in, some balance/dancers pose without being a ton of exertion
