The time goes by relatively fast. Good combination practice. You need to be in the mood for the Yin part, but the ultimate result is really good stretches by the time you finish both parts.

This was not particularly strenuous as core work. Had a nice series of varied sun salutes as flow toward the end. Not a favorite, but not bad either.

This was in 2021 January 14-day challenge. Great class for stretching and hips. Harder than you think! Preps for standing poses: chair, warriors, side-angle.

This will take a couple of times to fully join in. And some parts (side plank) are too hard for your right shoulder. But it is a good, brief set of stretches.

End was hard on my wrists. Otherwise a short good unwinding series.
