I loved the energizing flow and the complete body stretch in a mindful 20 effective minutes
I am in a strange moment where I have a good problem to have.. I am finishing my studies and there is no clear path of what my heart wants to do.. Many ideas, many possibilities in thought but no certainty. During this practice I started feeling the connection of 3rd and 4th chakra (self and heart respectively) and at the end I was crying out of an immense Love feeling.
Recharged with peace, and serenity. Certainty in God. Thank you for allowing this moment to be opened.

AMAZING! Good concious workout, short and intense to each own's level, was at a good pace also. The transitions were easy to do and I feel my body got its daily workout
