Lifesaving class during pregnancy, though I almost never made it past the first 35 minutes. Despite that, Fiji was part of our first baby journey. I appreciated the side, hip, and back space she helped me make each time I partook. Namaste.

This class seems to challenge my lower back and budding abdominal muscles to just the right degree. I can only do it when I am in a very mindful, calm place. I think that it might help rebuild my core, and I am really excited about that. (I cannot yet do the boat pose exercise at the end, but I'll get there.)
