This was pretty good - some unexpectedly fast movements, though, and I kinda worried about my back. Still, there were times when I thought it might be good for my back, as long as I'm careful.

This one is not intense at all. There is a lot of breathing, especially at the beginning, so if you don't have the patience for that, maybe don't do it. But it has some nice stretching and it has "breath of joy" and "breath of fire" that seem stress relieving. It could be a good one to do if you want to do something to feel better but have very sore muscles from something else and can't do a hard workout.

This one is a bit more slow moving than I would like. It took a bit of time to get going, but still, it had some challenging poses that felt like they were strengthening my arms and other parts of my body.

This was really good. Could be a favorite. It seems to be good for building overall strength and also for stretching the back. The best part is it's a reasonable length.

For the back. Beware, this one uses a strap near the end.

I would like to try this one. Might be good.

Good for my hips. Also strengthening for my legs. Mostly don't need a block, but maybe the pose near the end needs it.

Mostly not overly demanding. Nice stretching. Relaxing.

This is a good one. Good pace. No long breathing, just getting into it and feel good movement with breathing. Just be careful because there are a few moves that are quite challenging that maybe you're not ready for, like the handstand.

Very nice pace and a pretty good level for me.

I really liked this and I think it's great if I need to do some yoga to feel better but can't take all day to do it. The only thing is it can be too fast and hard on my back.

Something I want to try for my lower back and hip pain.
