  • This is a nice gentle warm up for other stuff like yin.

  • A really great one. Challenging enough to feel really did something but not exhausting.

  • Fairly easy slow flow that stretches you a little.

  • Very nice easy short one that just gets moving a bit

  • Nice short one. Had to modify bird of paradise but did fairly well with challenging poses.

  • As a stand alone practice this would probably be really great but as part of the series could only give it 60-70% because was so tired from 12 previous days.

  • Really great. Nice gentle stretching for hips and back with nice relaxing savasana

  • Nice short one but because she goes a little fast sometimes had balance trouble.

2nd time. Did without block. Easier than first time still feel it’s a little too fast but nice workout

  • Nice slow gentle one good to move and warm up

  • This is fine as an end to the challenge but lots of chanting and just sitting. Not interested in it as a stand alone

  • This is okay but like all the really short ones felt rushed into it and no time to warm up etc

  • For Fiji a slow one but was a good general flow. Not too hard but felt worked out and balance stuff makes it challenging for me but not too hard.

  • Nice but the pace is so slow it’s more like a hatha class No real flow

  • Nice short flow. Good pace.

  • No music and doesn’t talk so much so easy to fall asleep. Poses are a bit uncomfortable and holds for 5 minutes but afterwards hips and back feel great. Included shoestring two versions of butterfly sphinx two versions of twisted root. Short meditation at end.

  • This is a very unique sequence.

  • Lots of forward folds but after hip and back did feel better . Includes dragon

  • This is slow and gentle but has some movement within the poses. No particularly challenging poses.

  • Very interesting practice. Very slow and gentle with yin starting about 1/4 the way in but more of an active yin with movement. A few challenging poses like fire log but okay.

  • This is a nice full body flow that moves at a very comfortable pace. A couple of hard poses-dolphin and boat -but could do all of it.

  • Really good one. Managed it well but had trouble with dolphin

  • Nice but very few poses:
    Alternate nostril breathing
    Reclined “heart bed”
    Child’s pose
    Reclined twist

  • All seated poses for hips and low back. Gentle and relaxing. Has modified pigeon that can turn to pigeon

  • Very gentle and slowish but a lot of movement. No savasana

  • Lots of movement and a bit challenging but very good. Short savasana

  • Starts with meditation then long child’s pose, broken wing pigeon for shoulders, dragon pose, and Sphinx pose , during savasana the screen goes black but she comes back and finishes.

  • This is very nice. She’s does go a little fast but not hard to keep up with. Towards the end for a few minutes the sound is bad.

  • This is very slow and gentle but surprisingly challenging especially the standing balance poses.

  • Very gentle and slow nice stretch and cool down after cardio stuff.

  • This has some good points but she tends to go too fast and basically just changes down dog to dolphin. She forgets to do one pose on the second side.

  • This is a bit challenging and can’t do all the little extras she does but felt very good and hips were so relaxed after

  • This one has a couple of more difficult poses but doable. Fairly short and fast.

    *second time was easier.

  • This is a nice gentle stretch especially for waist and upper body. Added a few extra poses for hips though.

  • This is rather challenging but works the hips and lower back deeply

  • A nice challenging flow but she moves more slowly through this one. The end really stretches legs hips and back but the savasana is extremely short.

  • Very nice easy gentle one when just want to do a little.

  • Short but rather challenging. Need to modify just a bit.

2nd time did it not as challenging but just okay flow.

  • Nice gentle one. Nothing amazing but good. Changed fish pose to supported bridge with blocks.

  • I thought this would be hard but wasn’t. Go to knee often so have towel stretched across mat is helpful. Good basic one.

  • Very intense for lower back and hips but afterwards felt good

  • Nice but had to modify three poses : a weird half dolphin thing, crow and half headstand.

  • This is advanced so very challenging. Didn’t have to modify as much as thought but she moves a little fast so had balance problems because rushed.

  • A couple of challenging poses so modified a little but overall not too hard.

  • This is one of the easier ones in the series. Has a couple of head stands but easy to modify,

  • Pace of this one is slower so not too difficult but good. At end does shoulder stand, plow and fish so modified. Last couple of minutes mediation.

  • Challenging but doable. Short so time goes quickly. As usual didn’t do headstand/forearm stand

  • A more challenging one but doable with some modifications

  • Wasn’t as hard as I thought but had to modify the whole bird of paradise series

  • Extremely difficult. Just did best that could.

  • As a stand alone this one is challenging but not too difficult. Had to modify side crow and dragon fly. But as day 12 it was hard because still tired and sore from day 11

  • This was great. Challenging but not too hard and good pace.

  • This one is slow and easy but more of a refresher tutorial for alignment

  • Short and quick and not hard but not really one I’d want to do as a stand alone.

  • The poses themselves aren’t extremely hard but she moves really fast.

  • Great! Hard enough to be challenging due to balance poses but not so hard couldn’t manage with some modifications.

  • A great one. The balance and core work is challenging but doable

  • Nicely paced and great. Some challenging poses on the middle and ba ok a as nice stuff but not too hard over all.

  • Fairly easy short flow.

  • Not my favorite yin poses but did help my sore back and hit feel better after Fiji’s day 8-9 challenge.

  • A really great one just did best could with dancer and warrior 3.

  • Okay. Did best could one crow and dolphin but modified plow and fish so no pressure on neck and head

  • This was okay. Pace is very fast so balance was shaky. Had to modify several poses because couldn’t go in and out that fast.

  • Nice and fairly slow one that isn’t too hard but if legs are fatigued the twisted lunges get very difficult.

  • Great one. Pace is just right and holds poses a little bit so can really get into them. Nothing too hard really but got a good workout.

2nd time: still good. Not too hard or fast

  • The poses were good but sequencing was slightly awkward but still felt good.

  • This was challenging because my balance isn’t so great but a nice shorter class.

  • A nice short practice. Nothing too hard but balance makes a little challenging.

  • Couldn’t fully do the arm balance but was actually a nice easy practice.

  • A simple nice one good for after other workout. Does a few sun sal things then spinal twist, shoelace and fish (modified to supported heart bed)

  • A really good workout. None of the poses are particularly hard but because it’s so long get tired and it becomes challenging because muscles are fatigued.

  • Nice easy one but good flow. Nice slower pace

  • Very short but nice flow. Was able to get into wild thing with her technique.

  • Just okay. One quad stretch she only does one side. No savasana.

  • Very easy kind of beginner tutorial but was still nice slow flow

  • Except for the crows which tried but can’t get air the poses aren’t hard but she moves at a fast pace so felt rushed and thrown off balance.

  • Very short easy one.

  • Mixed feelings. Good slightly challenging flow but I find her pacing and cues...uneven. Sometimes feel drags and sometimes feel rushed and second side she doesn’t give clear curing sometimes.

  • This was a good tutorial but not one I’d really do regularly

  • Advanced level so challenging. Did best could in the difficult poses. Managed it fairly well.

  • Nice tutorial.

  • Very short and very easy just gets moving a little bit.

  • Okay for a nice short little stretch out

  • This is a nice short class BUT just jumps in and goes really fast without any warm up at all. It’s only ten minutes so okay no time to waste but I felt rushed and a little frantic.

  • Really a tutorial but it was a nice stretch

  • Wasn’t as hard as thought but challenging. Just did best could with peak pose.

  • Really good one with some challenging but doable side plank work. The pace is slow with this one.

  • Decent short flow. Nothing outstanding though.

  • Nice short flow at good pace. Nice as just a warm up

  • This was a very nice flow at a good pace. A little challenging due to side planks but very good.

  • Nice short easy one. Good as warm up

  • Slow gentle relaxing flow

  • This was advanced so several difficult poses just can’t do even with mods plus has shoulder stand and plow. Felt really rushed through the whole thing.

  • This is okay. It’s more like a tutorial so slow with rather long holds.

  • Nice gentle flow. Struggled at little with a balance pose but okay.

  • Feels really hard because she goes so fast. Just did best could but felt balance was off and rushed.

  • This was kind of frustrating. During the easier flow and poses the pace was nice and slow but then during the challenge poses like half crow, crow , various side planks , saddle etc she moves very quickly. I couldn’t manage to get into any modified pose fast enough much less her variation.

  • It’s ok

  • Good pace nice flow a couple of challenging poses but felt really good afterwards

  • Was okay. Not exactly a tutorial but not a full on flow type class either.

  • Really feel like I didn’t do anything because it was so short and fast plus did best I could in the twists but the binds are impossible for me and it’s all binding

  • Nice easy flow. Not too hard not too easy

  • Really great. Vigorous but nothing too difficult.

  • Long but not hard. Good but not amazing

  • Wasn’t as hard as thought it would be but dolphin is a real struggle

  • This has some advanced poses that were totally doable in simple modifications but the transitions make it way harder than I feel it has to be. Felt ver awkward through this one.

  • Nice. Nothing amazing but good. Slower pace. Not too hard but not too easy

  • Wasn’t as hard as thought would be but did modify. Was okay. Not amazing. First time did it was very tired.

  • This is nice. Good pace and nothing too hard.

  • This is a great nicely paced flow. Long but not exhausting. Modified a few poses at end because does plow and shoulder stand etc.

  • Wow. This was an amazing practice.

  • Good all around flow. Nothing too hard but worked out

  • Good one for what it was

  • Tracey’s usual all around good flow.

  • It’s okay bier just really struggle with inversions and poor balance.

  • Just a good basic one. Nothing too hard. Not into the chakra thing but it’s okay.

  • Yin part isn’t my favorite yin but it’s a nice gentle practice that isn’t too hard but feel like did something good.

  • Goes fast but a surprisingly full body practice in only a few minutes but not really good as a warm up. But great for a super short flow

  • Really warm up

  • This is a nice short one that gets me warmed up

  • Very nice shorter flow.

  • Good short meditation

  • A little challenging but not too much. Good warmup

  • this is another really great one from Ron not overly hard but got a vigorous practice

  • Very nice flow. Says advanced but not too hard. Voiceover so sometimes cues not so great though. Did shoulder stand and plow so modified those.

  • Nice gentle stretch to work out the kinks

  • A really nice good pace flow that works the shoulders

  • Nice overall full body practice slower pace and not too hard but challenging enough to feel did a workout

  • Okay to just move a little

  • Very slow gentle one. Moved but didn’t warm up much.

  • usual crista style peak pose was side crow challenging but okay with most of it

  • This wasn’t so hard despite having crow but just didn’t like it that much.

  • Way to easy for me unless I’m very tired but has some excellent instructions for warrior II, side angle, and chair

  • Despite how much I like Ron didn’t like this. First off was recovering from a migraine episode with nausea. He starts on the floor and goes into bridge fairly soon. The pressure brought back the nausea so struggled through the rest of it. Just didn’t like the sequence at all

  • Nice and slow gentle flow (of sorts). Did after being sick with migraine and was perfect to ease back into practice.

  • It was okay. Her cues aren’t the greatest. Very gentle and easy

  • Very interesting practice.

  • Nice steady flow. Not too difficult but worked a little

  • not my favorite but okay

  • this was very nice . slower pace and no flows but still a strong practice

  • this wasn't as hard as I thought it would be did okay with it, nice change from the usual flows

  • Nice basic flow

  • not has hard as thought but a few poses are too advanced but Crista is always fun

  • This was ok but really needed more of a warmup and sometimes her left/right are off makes it confusing.

  • liked this class more in theory than in practice
