  • Amazing transitions here. A good choice for a more challenging meditative flow. Nothing I can't do, even tho it's advanced. One of my favourites.

  • A good one for challenges, everything doable. Gets you gear rate up. More classic poses, like how she uses the correct names.

  • Well designed with deep pigeon pose. Good after a run.
Pigeon pose has a twist that really gets in there!
Not too many forward bends either.

  • A bit different—starts with decent amount of sun salutations and ends with floor (hips/hanstrings) work.

  • Well designed quick overall. Not too fast.

  • Good as a slower, twisty practice.

  • Interesting transitions, smooth flow… but gets your heart rate up. Nothing too tricky, not many balances or twists.

  • Short but a good all-around flow. Really gets you to the right headspace.

  • Packs a lot in over the short time. Well-designed flow with some interesting transitions.

  • Good for hips. Not too taxing, a few balances.

  • Vinyasa flow - a bit of everything including hips at the end. No balances or challenges.

  • Slower, hatha. Some different and effective hip and inner thigh + flexor openers. Clear instruction.

  • Packs in a lot in 20 mins. Some challenging poses, great transitions.

  • This is actually better for me post-run that the one labelled 'post-run'. Pacey and with great hip openers and holds.

  • Moving meditation flow with some challenge. Well designed with good breathwork.

  • Well design flow, not difficult - leading to pigeon pose and hip openers.

  • Powerful pickup up for a short time with brief meditation at the end. Recharging!

  • Great morning pick-me-up. Nicely designed, interesting transitions.Classic Fiji

  • A good one after running. Hip flexors, soaz and hips focus.

  • Deceptively 'easy' flow. Not difficult poses, but energising all over. Good for when a slow class is not enough. Great instruction from a pro.

  • No complex asanas, but works the whole body really effectively. Includes pigeon pose. A great flow when there's time for more.

  • Good to get your heart rate up.

  • Great post-running yin that won't aggravate hamstrings.

  • Hips hips hips!

  • Tough, but a good workout for arms, legs, butt and balance

  • Great strength workout

  • A really good general vinyasa flow with meditative rather than instructional focus.

  • Good when I have glutes issues

  • Poses are simple, challenge is in the holds, focus, alignment and precision. A good overall body stretch.

  • Just a really well designed whole body flow. Leaves you feeling relaxed after.

  • As the comments say, not too hard—not too easy!

  • Vigorous but not difficult. Packs a lot in and gives you an energy buzz

  • A good all-over vinyasa. Focusses on leg stretch and strengthening, with some shoulders, arms. Not so much hip-opening.

  • A good all over stretch. Nothing too difficult. No balances.

  • Newest challenge, end of 2020

  • Great for a quick, thorough flkow.

  • Continuous flow with some interesting variations and hip work. Nothing too tricky.

  • Gets your heart rate up. No balances or 'tricks'. Packs a lot of full body stuff in a short time. Feels great afterwards,

  • This packs a punch alright! Fantastic for inner hips, glutes. Feel it the next day!

  • A bit of everything, well-paced but not sweaty. Balances, holds, surinamaskar A.

  • Nicely designed—not so much for hips, but you feel great afterwards,

  • Great for legs, hamstrings. Close to Iyengar style. No knee rotations.

  • You kind of do feel cleansed after this one! Vigorous and the right amount of challenge. Both strength and stretch.

  • Just a really nice flow. No hips, some balances that work the hips, good IT band stretch. Good that Tracey uses the Sanscrit asana terms too.

  • Nicely designed flow—not a slow one with holds tho. Innovative transitions. Good for shoulders – stretch and strengthen.

  • Fantastic for neck and shoulders. Gets in deep.

  • Fast-paced, really well designed. Works hips in intelligent progression, without using the 'usual' asanas to do this. Good for core and strength too.

  • A true flow. Really innovation takes on asanas. Different from many on the site.
