Fantastic class!

Working on learning bird of paradise pose, did it once on the right side and not at all on the left.
Working on some other poses.
Achieved the full pose for the first time - the one with legs over the head and toes touching the ground.

Very calming and peaceful after this one.

More of an advanced beginner to intermediate class.
