Melissa B is a dedicated Yoga and Pilates practitioner with a passion for helping others discover the transformative power of movement. Melissa brings a diverse range of disciplines to her teaching, holding multiple certifications, e-RYT 500-hour yoga training, mat Pilates, and Barre certification. Melissa loves to teach classes focusing on energizing sequences that build strength and flexibility. She thrives on incorporating elements from multiple disciplines, creating a dynamic and challenging class environment. You can expect a sweaty, core-focused class. Her training has taken her across the globe, immersing herself in both eastern and western cultures to deepen her understanding of these practices. Her classes often combine aspects of multiple modalities with a focus on building strength, cultivating mindfulness and flexibility through a harmonious blend of breath, movement, and meditation. She recently returned from hosting her own international Yoga & Wellness retreat in Tulum, Mexico. She creates a safe space for students to explore their potential and find inner peace through movement. Beyond the studio, Melissa carries her love for yoga and movement into all aspects of life. She believes in the power of these practices to extend beyond the mat, inspiring a mindful and balanced lifestyle. With her genuine passion, Melissa is dedicated to helping others find joy, strength, and self-discovery through their own practice.
