Restorative. Good for after a run, or work out that didn't quite get there

More power than flow. Standing poses, headstand from crow and full wheel. Good.

Very nice slow yet opening session. Good as a starter to the day/easy work out day.

Purely a mindful practice. A couple of standing poses, head stand, crow, but nothing flow or endurance about it. Good baked/nothing day.

Needs a bit of space for end headstands
Short, sharp core work.
Maybe use as pose practice over a sole yoga class

Good for rinsing the head of clutter and hone in on some poses that require focus

Good as a solo morning routine but not an energetic work out flow. Lots of transitions and balances to perfect - bird of paradise, standing poses.

Do this at least once a year

Nice alternative to Ignite your shakti. Good impact in short time. Can do before weights or after a walk.
