This is more like an intermediate class, not really slow. There are some interesting poses and a couple of really nice easy flows as well. Several balance poses are included.
He does a quick start, so if not warmed up, do a warm-up first.

Good practice after working in the garden. Remove the towel after the active strengthening section.

Nice short class using different poses like goat and deer to get into the hips Long end rest...

Great class with some alternative moves. Breathe work and meditation at the end are short.

New moves - dancing eagle and twisted eagle and salute to all directions.

Great shoulder opening. Challenging binds. Long meditation at end.

A couple of harder twists and a good flow class.

Nice class with slightly different flow from traditional classes. Not challenging.

Breathing is long but interesting at the beginning, then good shoulder work. Knees need to be in good shape , for long cross legged sitting. Nice hip openers also held fir long breaths.
