Very nice class. Happy to do it again. More slow but could pose strength

Very strong class, good pace, not too slow. Happy to do it again.

No work out per se, just some stretches that are not deep.

best class so far. challenging but doable, nice flow.

Lots of stretching at the start, great for a morning session to wake up body. Beginners.

No strength work, nice relaxation and loosening of the body.

Great quick energising, small build up of sweat.

She tells you which muscles to engage. Beginners but good work out, lots of legs.

Not as hard as description is saying. Easy beginner class but nice and slow so that a good form can be practised.

Strong breathing poses. No new stuff but very centering.

Too fast, not very good. Lots of chest opening but not comfortable for upper back

Intermediate for sure bute strong flow with stretch and strength. Worth repeating a few times to get better at it. Great heart opener.

Very strong class, heavy focus on legs but it also makes your arms work. Happy to repeat this class oneday.

Lovely class, very very slow, nice balance. Could do it again but this is a slow class.

Slow class, she holds poses for a long time. a bit boring and she talks ALOT but nice class otherwise. No need to do it again unless for the chakra work.
