I have been practicing regularly about 2 times per week since 2011. Pre-COVID, almost all of my practice has been in studio classes. My last studio closed and the beginning of the pandemic and will not re-open.

  • Relaxing, full body practice, with crow :)

  • Energetic flow, peak poses include Warrior III. Fiji and music make flow almost relaxing.

  • The floating sequences are challenging. Josh's approach is gentle.

  • Great mix of mindfulness and physical flow. Headstand, wow!

  • It amazes me how I can progress more in a video class. Fiji was a great help with Eagle. We practiced Crow too!

  • Active one hour flow, with balance.

  • Slow and challenging. Standing in one leg, to WIII... peak pose Wheel.

  • Slow start, accelerates, and introduces new and challenging balances.
