This is one of my favorite practices I've done so far. It's easy, relatively speaking, and is great for a lighter day when you're not feeling your best. This class always reminds me to practice a bit of introspection and remind myself that I am kind, smart, important, hard-working, and lovable. I will come back to this class again and again.

An awesome flow. Starts and ends nice and slow, with a tough middle that will leave you satisfied. I finished this one feeling balanced and peaceful.

This one was fun! I lot of chataranga - don't push yourself too much at first because there are many to come and your arms will be shaking! The main focus here is variations of eagle pose, so there's a lot of balancing as well.

This one was tough! A lot of balance poses, a lot of triangles. Do this one when you're feeling strong in the upper body.

Love this one. All floor work and hip openers. Really lovely, slow practice

This class was lovely, with a lot of core work. Not too intense. Tracey's commentary in this video always inspires me and reminds me to let go of the things going on around. It's a wonderful release.

I enjoyed this class, as it wasn't too challenging and mostly is composed of different twists and side-openers. There are a few arm balances as well. Nothing too crazy.
