Core workout - pilates inspired. Was all very doable - worked pelvic floor as well. Ocean backdrop - no music

not a good bedtime sequence - but try in morning next time. Might be a good morning stretch and move.

Fabulous - all around stretching class. Great before bed or just to relax. Super long but can skip the opening meditation to shave some time off.
