Starts with standing. Long corpse (5 min) - time for a few more seated postures.

Pretty mellow but good stretching. Do if body is stiff, or before bed.

Standing, mostly stretching but good for shoulders

Very restful. Poses aren't held too long. Lots of props.

All seated of lying down poses. Good for hips. Relaxation for 1st 15 minutes.
