got bored after 30 mins as very hamstring focused but its good for that, and i am very tired today.

Very gentle but nice back stretch sequence with 5min chill at end

great class, quite tough. focusing on strength and stability.

tough but good and a great length fo the morning. lots of flow and strength. loved it.

lovely end of day unwind class with a bit of exercise in it too

short calming meditation. good at the end of a short class.

a great class for when i fancy some actual exercise. none of the moves too deep i can't do them at all. actually got a bit knackered in the salutations sequence but it was first thing in the morning.

Need some energy for this one. Love it. My new favourite proper exercise one.

actually pleasurable. lots of nice postures. love his voice. only did 40 mins. not sure feeling much like exercise, can do on a hot day when knackered and fed up.

different postures, bit of abs and glutes. lots of strong balances. positive words. nice length.

quite hard work. made back pop in a good way. good length. skip the first few minutes next time unless need to seriously unwind first.

DONT DO too much time in poses i can nowhere near do, and upside down.
