This is really great for in the morning; slow warm up, teaches flow, do flow, wind down.

quick fun practice; enjoyed playing the edge and balancing

lovely for hips and low back, helped with period cramps. time went by really fast, love this class and the message :)

Leads up to full wheel, good front body openers with twists, not much hip/glute but an okay portion of hip flexors

Feel very light and open and receptive after doing this yoga class

great for hips, very long sivasana at the end.

Great for hip opening, very fluid practice. Loved it in the morning, would be good for a wind down after a long day as well.

very twisty, keep practicing side crow :) as of 12/21, I could not do it very well (at all)

Loved this in the AM, feeling motivated, good core work (don't be lazy!)

quick morning flow, dolphin which is hard because of my arm length, quick, did not work up a sweat

Day 1 of Intermediate challenge; early dolphin so maybe warm up shoulders before starting; nicely paced, no rushing; feel good class to fill up your bucket

Great for when I claim I don't have time to do any yoga.

stretches everything below the ribs.. waist, low back, hips, quads, hammies, calves, feet.. a+

Nice paced class, good hip openers, may be better in the afternoon after being warmed up but still felt great first thing in the AM. tried duck pose (forearms down, knees on triceps) lol why are my arms so disagreeable to forearm stuff.. oh well, keep trying!

didn't really love the deep side squat/lunge to warrior but otherwise a lovely practice, good balance of both sides, deep hips towards the end.

Good for morning, about 5 mins of breath work at the end, total time is about 18-20mins.
