Not hard, didn't enjoy as much as I'd hoped though. Good all around class

Hard, sweaty, long - straightforward all around class, including balancing and crow.

Long holds are hard. Good overview of flow poses.

quite difficult/a workout, but short and moves quickly. lots of legs, some core. no headstands.

Good quick class, stretch and move. Not hard.
