Finding empowerment in basic poses (tadasana, warrior, hops)
Bit of talking, kinda nice
Holding poses for a good amount of time
Literally all around, great flow, headstands, hops, whole body
After savasanna is a chant, end it there lol
Not that challenging but very introductory bendy and fire breathe and really great breathe exercise at the end.
Wonderful gentle but still feels like your building up a fire, so good so good. Calming even though it's an hour, great for winding down from the day or waking up even
