  • Great WAKE UP 10 minute routine, fast paced and invigorating.

  • Soft flow with bolster - good for high pain days

  • Slow flow - lots of deep breathing - harder for me since I'm just starting back in to the practice. But pretty much just the right amount of push and rest.

  • difficult for shoulders/hips - in a good way- great relaxation at the end. <3

  • Very very gentle stretching of hips - easy to follow - great for reminding me how to get into poses

  • Slow flow for peach. The nicest.

  • Lots of wonderful sweat and some sweet smiles for my body. :)

  • Very nice morning flow! Feeling significant tension in left side of upper back (heart chakra). Keep working. :)

  • Really stretched out my shoulders. Didn't sweat too much. Lots of good twists.
