Absolutely awesome class- fantastic feel good flow, focus on opening back/heart and quads. So good for sciatica. Felt so strong and worked on balancing. Love it.
Super feel good vinyasa flow - not very long holds but wrings out back and hips really well!!

All of the arm balances! Crow, flying pigeon, forearm, hand stand and eight angle pose. Perfect.
Good quick vinyasa for first few minutes then a few relaxing restorative poses
