1.24.2021 - challenging; relaxing yet invigorating. Made modifications using blocks and strap as needed, which i expected due to the overall tightness and inactivity.

This would help to work into my practice 1-3x a week

100% what my body currently needs:
-heart opening
-chest/shoulder opening
-hip/flexors opening
-backbends
-Fiji's words

relaxing and energizing. I feel the release of the day's stress + exhaustion (Tuesdays..)
forward folds, some twists. Fiji's guidance is calming and perfect as always

great hip opening, front/back body hip area, arm/core involved
